OVERVIEW
What we built for Kelly Barber.
Kelly Barber is a Certified Expert Organizer® helping Palm Beach homeowners create order in their homes, working alongside the Me In Order brand. Skycrest designed and built her website from the ground up — a refined, photo-led site with online booking, a contact intake form, and a private admin dashboard so the team can swap images and update content on their own. The build was also planned as the base template for future Me In Order sites.
THE CHALLENGE
Why the category needed a new take.
Organizing is a personal, trust-based service: prospective clients want to feel calm and confident before they ever invite someone into their closets and garages. Kelly needed a site that felt as orderly as her work, made booking a session effortless on a phone, plugged in her existing Acuity scheduling and Zoho forms, and stayed easy for a busy, on-site team to keep updated without calling a developer.

APPROACH
How we worked.
We led with atmosphere: full-bleed closet photography, a classic serif ORGANIZING PALM BEACH headline, and a soft coastal palette pulled from the brand color sheet. The structure follows how clients decide — meet Kelly, see the services (including circumstantial organizing for life transitions), then book. Booking stays persistent in the header, and the footer ties back to Me In Order with its Damion script typography and a deep coastal slate tone.

Photo-led, mobile-first homepage
Certified Expert Organizer® credentials, an ORGANIZING PALM BEACH hero, and paired Book Now / Meet Kelly actions designed for thumbs first.
Acuity online booking
Kelly's existing Acuity Scheduling calendar embedded directly on the site, with Book Now buttons in the header and hero so clients schedule without leaving.
Zoho contact intake
Her Zoho “Let's Connect” form embedded on-brand, so inquiries keep flowing into the tools the team already uses.
Self-edit admin dashboard
A private dashboard where the team swaps images and updates sections themselves — used during proofing to refresh the circumstantial organizing gallery in minutes.
Reusable Me In Order foundation
Built as a base template so future Me In Order organizer sites share the same structure, brand typography, and booking flow.
